The following guide will show you how to install Kodi on Android TV/Google TV devices in only a few steps.

Kodi remains one of the top streaming apps for watching free content on Android TV and Google TV devices. With the right add-ons and builds, users can access movies, TV series, live channels, sports, anime, adult content, and more.
Version 21.3 Omega is the most stable release of Kodi at the time of this writing, and that’s the version we recommend installing. If you already have a previous version of Kodi installed on your device then you can simply update it.
In this tutorial, we’re installing Kodi on Android TV/Google TV devices. Google TV devices include the Onn 4K boxes, Google TV Streamer, MECOOL, TiVo Stream 4K, Chromecast, and similar systems.
Android TV devices include the NVIDIA Shield, BuzzTV, Formuler, Ugoos, and Xiaomi sticks. Stock Android devices include tablets, phones, and generic streaming boxes that don’t use the Android TV interface.
TROYPOINT Tip: While Kodi is available in Google Play, the provided versions are often outdated and that’s why we suggest side-loading the most stable version instead.
