As first reported by TorrentFreak, a group led by Netflix, Village Roadshow, and other Hollywood studios have obtained a blocking order in Australia’s Federal Court.

The Federal Court of Australia created a blocking order with over 50 domains listed in their document.

The Australian Federal Court then created a blocking order with over 50 domains listed in their document.

The court’s order is mainly aimed at the large Australian Internet service providers (ISPs) such as Optus, Vocus, Telstra, TPG, and others.

These Australian ISPs also have 15 days to block customer access to the domains listed below.

The Court stated the following within the order:

“Each Respondent must, within 15 business days of service of these Orders, take resonable steps to disable access to the Target Online Locations.”

The order then goes on to further explain the “reasonable steps” which include DNS Blocking, IP Address blocking, URL blocking, or alternative technical means for disabling access to the Target Online Locations.

The list of pirate domains is mostly a grab bag of unverified streaming websites, portals, and a few torrent websites.

  1. Atypical of Australia these days. They’ve been under Klaus Schwab’s (WEF) spell for many years now.
Just fly into any Australian city from overseas/domestic and one has to comply with one order after another (or beware the fine) before one exits their airports.
If you’re not beaten into submission by then; they’ll continue their harassing ways as you drive around the country with constant reminders on News Channels and Billboards that one has to follow their orders or be fined.
I’m not at all surprised that they’re stopping anyone ‘getting value for money’ off the Internet.
It’s become one of the most expensive countries in the world to holiday in when once it was the best valued country to spend some time in.
Once again…one has to thank Klaus Schwab and his followers.

  2. It does not surprise me that Australia has done this. With images of Jack Booted thugs, disguised as cops, physically abusing elderly citizens for the sin of not wearing a mask outdoors, is it not hard to believe the regime bans pirates.

  3. These clowns are just going after anyone that’s trying to put something out there that helps others. It’s all about them filling their pockets. The corporations want it all but that’s all about to change. We were not meant to be oppressed. It wasn’t supposed to be like this. One day soon all these restrictions will go away for good and everyone will be able to have whatever content they want. Stay frosty and stay safe. Steam on!!
