How to Install Aptoide TV
Step 1 – Prepare for Download
1. Locate and select the search bar.
2. Input Downloader.

3. Choose the Downloader app.
4. Click Get or Download.
5. Wait for the app to install.
6. Installation is complete when you see the success message pictured below.
7. Now, open Settings and enable Unknown Apps for Downloader.
Step 2 – Install Aptoide TV
After preparing our device, we can now install Aptoide from the TROYPOINT Toolbox.
1. Launch the Downloader App that we previously installed.
2. From the main menu, choose the URL search bar to open the keyboard.
3. Type the Downloader Code – 250931 to access the TROYPOINT Toolbox.
4. Wait a few seconds for the page to load.
5. You are then met with the TROYPOINT Toolbox home screen.
6. Scroll down to find Aptoide TV and click Download.
7. Wait for Aptoide TV to download.
8. Click Install.
9. The Aptoide TV Ready to launch message will display when it has successfully downloaded.
10. Click Done.
11. Choose delete to remove the download file.
12. Click Delete again.
Step 3 – Move Aptoide TV to Front of Apps List
After installation is complete, we will now show steps to move Aptoide TV to the front of our apps list for quick access. You don’t have to do this step but we recommend it if you will be using it often.
1. From the home screen of your device, click and hold down the home button until the following screen appears. Click Apps.
2. Hover over Aptoide TV and click the menu button to move the app.
3. Choose Move.
4. Drag to the top of your apps list and drop it for quick access.
Step 4 – Enable Unknown Sources for Aptoide TV
In order to use the app, we must first enable Unknown Sources as we did previously with Downloader. This will allow us the ability to install apps with Aptoide TV.
1. Hover over Settings and click My Fire TV.
2. Choose Developer Options.
3. Click Install Unknown Apps.
4. Find Aptoide TV and click it.
5. You will then see Unknown Sources set to ON.
