The US Government has released its annual list of top pirate websites and other “notorious markets” for 2021.

As first reported by TorrentFreak, the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has listed over 20 websites that are allegedly involved in piracy or counterfeiting.
The list is created based on guidance from copyright organizations such as the MPA, ACE, and RIAA who all had recommendations.
It is mostly a grab bag of torrent sites, unverified streaming websites, and a few international social media platforms.
Some of the notable websites highlighted in USTR’s list include the following:

- Fmovies.to

- Sci-Hub.io

- VK.com

USTR 2021 Review of Notorious Markets for Counterfeiting and Piracy (PDF)
In a recent press release, Ambassador Katherine Tai of the USTR stated the following regarding this list:
“The global trade in counterfeit and pirated goods undermines critical U.S. innovation and creativity and harms American workers. This illicit trade also increases the vulnerability of workers involved in the manufacturing of counterfeit goods to exploitative labor practices, and the counterfeit goods can pose significant risks to the health and safety of consumers and workers around the world.”
Therefore, this annual list is an effort from the USTR to motivate foreign governments and the private sector to reduce piracy.
This isn’t the first instance of government authorities releasing lists of piracy websites and services on their radar.

It’s uncertain what’s happening behind the scenes with this latest targeting of more pirate websites and services.

Ok so what are they doing about China and all the critical info they have stolen from US companies over the years. Not much. I suggest these people look for the real crooks in this world.

Microsoft was the most pirated software around at one point. Slowly but surely it’s gotten less and less where now they just about give it away and still make a fortune. If you don’t reg your iP you can’t have full access to the software. Streaming will end up that way which is a shame as you need to see the film first before going to the pictures as some only advertise the best bits and a lot is crap to watch. Previewing it gives you the option to go snd see it.
They ask other countries to help. That’s the thing here. They asked Virgin and virgin blocked all those sites from its servers. What they are doing is pulling the string tigger and tighter. Soon it won’t be long until you’ll not be able to find anything online.

How many people out there have/had one of these services and didn’t even know. Most of these services resell and go by many different names. Heck, the very first one on this list has gone by at least4 names that I know of!

I don’t use any of these Websites but I do use apks/ apps to stream allways with a vpn so where does that leave me.
