The Alliance for Creativity & Entertainment (ACE) has won another battle with popular pirate IPTV Providers after over a year of investigation.

In a statement posted on their website, the anti-piracy coalition has claimed to have successfully closed down operations for 4 different media providers who were operating without consent for the content they provided.
This includes:
- Anytime TV
- Cobra Servers
- Elite Servers
- Lost Highway Media
All 4 of these operations “illegally distributed thousands of movies and television shows” and “engaged in mass copyright infringement”.
In 2023, ACE and its members successfully identified the individuals who owned and operated these services and confronted them, ultimately threatening legal action if they did not comply.
After some mediation, an agreement was reached that required the operators to close down all operations of their service, transfer domains, and pay compensation to ACE.
The statement from ACE did not go in to detail about the settlement but stated that the individuals were required to pay over $2 million in compensation to the corporation.
Domains included in the transfer are anytimetv.us, anytimewebhosting.com, elite-servers.com, losthighway-media.com, and webhostsupply.com
Many of these IPTV Services have been around for years and acquired thousands of customers with hundreds of thousands of people visiting these websites annually.
Hide Your Digital Fingerprint
Even though ACE has forced the closure of these platforms doesn’t mean others still aren’t around. If you do a google search for Cobra IPTV, you will see there are still numerous outlets claiming to be the provider.

Be careful with these “knockoff” versions as oftentimes they are using the name of these well-known outlets to try and lure in subscribers to make a profit.
ACE has had a steady hand in pursuing these illegal entities as we have seen them target apps, file lawsuits, and shut down file hosting services, among other things, in the past.
Larissa Knapp, Executive VP and Chief CPO for the MPA made the following remark on the latest settlement made by ACE:
These landmark settlements should serve as a warning to illegal streaming operators about the severe penalties they will face for breaking copyright law, including legal actions, substantial financial settlements and fines, and jail time..
Although the multimillion-dollar settlements may seem significant, this figure still represents only a fraction of the losses caused by copyright infringement. The theft of digital content harms both local and foreign economies, threatens jobs, undermines investment, reduces tax contributions to governments, and stifles creativity.
