If you have used Stremio in the past, you are aware that this platform often pushes out updates to the application to improve performance and more.
Stremio V1.10.2 is the latest stable release and was made available in June 2026. Here is the changelog for the latest release:

How to Check Software Version of Stremio App
The first thing we want to do is check the version of Stremio we have installed on our device. We are using a Fire TV Stick but doing this on an Android or Google TV Box is almost the same.
1. From the home screen, hover over Settings and select Applications.

2. Choose Manage Installed Applications.

3. Scroll down to find the Stremio app and the Version will appear on the right side of the screen.

How to Update Stremio App (Firestick/Android TV/Google TV)
After determining your app’s version, you can visit the TROYPOINT Toolbox and see if an update is needed.
1. Launch the Downloader App.

2. Click the URL box.

3. Input the Downloader Code for the TROYPOINT Toolbox – 250931 and click Go.

4. Wait for the redirect to load and the TROYPOINT Toolbox homepage will appear.

5. Scroll down to find Stremio and see if the version displayed is more recent than what you have on your device. If so, click Download.
NOTE: Most devices (Firestick, onn 4K Boxes, etc.) are compatible with the 32-Bit app, only 64-Bit devices (such as BuzzTV Powerstation 6) can run the 64-Bit version.

6. Click Install.

7. Choose Done.

8. Click Delete to remove the installation file.

9. Click Delete again.

10. Go back into your Applications and you will see the newest release is now listed.

You have successfully updated Stremio on your media device!
