How to Reset Kodi on Firestick/Fire TV
Below we show both methods for resetting Kodi on an any Amazon Firestick or Fire TV device.
Method One – Clearing Kodi Data
The first method to reset Kodi on your Firestick is by clearing data within the Kodi application that is already installed. We suggest watching the video guide first.

1. From the home screen hover over the Settings icon and select Applications.
2. Click Manage Installed Applications.
3. Locate and click Kodi.
4. Click Clear data.

5. Click Clear data again. Kodi has now been reset to default settings.
6. Launch Kodi by clicking Launch application.
7. Click Continue.
8. Click Allow.
9. Wait a few seconds for Kodi to reboot.
10. That’s it! Kodi has been reset to its default settings on Firestick/Fire TV.
Method Two – Uninstalling and Reinstalling Kodi
Another way to reset Kodi on Firestick is by completely uninstalling and reinstalling the Kodi application on your device. Follow the screenshots below to complete this process.
1. Hover over the Settings icon and click Applications.
2. Click Managed Installed Applications.
3. Select Kodi from your list of apps.
4. Click Uninstall.
5. Click Confirm.
6. Wait a few seconds for the Kodi application to uninstall.

8. Enter the code 250931 and click Go.
9. This will direct you to the TROYPOINT Toolbox.
10. Scroll down and find the stable release of Kodi. Click Download.
11. Click Install.
12. Click Open.
13. Click Continue.

15. You have successfully uninstalled and reinstalled Kodi on your Firestick.

Why won’t anything load. I get to pick a stream and i pick one it goes through every available stream then says no results. What does that mean It has 30 results but non work. What am I doing wrong. Hello ive installed Kodi fork 21.1and a Diggz build xenon free and have installed the Halcyon and Free addons from Cnans repo, but when i go into these addons and go to the free movies in theses addons and pick a movie to watch the the box choose a link 720 or 1080, after i chosen a link and the movie starts the link box stays on the screen. Hope u can help thanks.

Hi I put my firestick back to factory specks I then downloaded KODI I put the diggz1 me diggzrepo but nothing it does not have any thing on this nothing is working so is there a different programing to use now
All well and good. However, KODI has actually disappeared from my installed applications.
Superman on Kodi just give me a black screen when I try to run it. After about 5 mins the Firestick goes back to home screen. Anybody have any suggestions?
What I do is going to apps,manage installed app,kodi,erase the cache,force stop and lunch Kodiak again sometimes I need to do it more than once but it works to the end.
On the Xenon build, what is the password for the adult content, located under “Favourites”

It is likely you’re using an improper version of Kodi. No Limits is available for versions 17.6 & 18.
