I have the new Google Chromecast HD. Mouse Toggle does not work properly on this. The mouse arrow appears and can be moved around OK but nothing happens when clicking on links etc. I gave up and tried pairing my Microsoft Bluetooth mouse with the chromecast, this worked great and the mouse is much more usable than any d-pad mouse that I’ve used before
Installed the mouse pointer for Nvidia. It works except I can’t click on anything. When I click on the d pad it just cycles through mouse, dpad and scroll. I’m unable to go into settings and turn it off or do a factory reset because I can’t click on anything. Any other ways to get around this?
I have been using the mouse toggle From google play store on my shield for several years now is there any reason I should switch?
I tried it on my onn tv box like in your video ,but it didnt granted any permisions ,need help thanks
Hi Carlos,
I would visit our onn box review where we dive more into the box and its details – https://troypoint.com/walmart-onn-android-tv-box/
With 2 Shields, I would need to use an app on my phone to have cursor control. Not any more! Outstanding improvement in the user experience!
Thanks,Troy!
Thanks for the comment Paul!
I did the install for my Nvidia sheild and the mouse is working but when I click on the d pad it just toggles between scroll mode, d pad mode and mouse mode. I can’t actually click on anything. Is there another way to launch the mouse toggle app without using the d pad so I can fix this?
