How to Install ReleaseBB Addon on Kodi (Debrid Required)

This guide shows how to install ReleaseBB Addon on the latest version of Kodi.

ReleaseBB is a popular name in the Kodi add-on community that can be installed from the Bugatsinho Repository, which is best known for housing the SportHD add-on.

This was once considered a top choice for older versions of Kodi, but now there are better add-ons available for version 21 Omega.

A premium debrid service is required to use the ReleaseBB add-on meaning a service like Real-Debrid, Premiumize, etc. is necessary to stream on-demand content.

In this tutorial we are using an Amazon Firestick but these instructions will also work for any Kodi device including Android TV/Google TV, PC, Linux, phone, tablet, and more.

Prior to using ReleaseBB, you must first install the Kodi application on your Firestick or Android device.

How to Install ReleaseBB Kodi Addon

• Launch Kodi
• Click the settings icon  

• Click System

• Hover over Add-ons menu item and turn on Unknown sources if not already on

• Click Yes

• Click back on remote to go back to the System page
• Select File Manager

• Click Add source

• Click <None>

• Type the following URL exactly how it is listed here – https://bugatsinho.github.io/repo and click OK

• Use “repo” or any other name you would like to identify this source as and click OK

• Click the back button on your remote until you are on the System screen. Then click Add-ons

• Click Install from zip file

• Select “repo” or whatever you named the media source in the previous step

• Click the zip file URL – repository.bugatsinho.zip

• Wait for the “Bugatsinho repository Add-on installed” message to appear

• Next click Install from repository

• Click Bugatsinho repository

• Scroll down and select Video add-ons

• Select ReleaseBB

• Click Install

• Wait a minute or two for the add-on to fully install

• Then go back to the Home screen of Kodi and select Add-ons, then choose ReleaseBB

• You have successfully installed the ReleaseBB add-on

Installation is now complete but we are not done yet. As noted above, users must integrate a debrid service in order to stream content from ReleaseBB.

How to Integrate Debrid Services

In this guide, we will show you how to integrate Premiumize, but this will also work for Real-Debrid, AllDebrid, and other debrid services.

1. From the main menu, select Settings-Tools.

2. Hover over Resolver and select Premiumize Auth.

3. You are then provided with an authorization code.

4. Visit premiumize.me/device and enter the provided code.

5. Click Allow.

6. You should then see a “Premiumize Resolver Authorized” message. Premiumize is now integrated for use!
