
Amazon and Zoom have announced that users can now use the Fire TV Cube for video calls with the Zoom application.
Last year, Amazon introduced two-way calling for the Fire TV Cube via Alexa devices such as the Echo and more.
However, with this latest upgrade, Fire TV Cube owners can simply install the Zoom app and enjoy video calls with their device and an attached webcam.
Users must connect to a webcam that supports USB Video Class (UVC) with at least 720p resolution and 30fps.
You can easily attach this to your device with a Micro USB to USB adapter.
Amazon has created a list of suggested webcams that will work perfectly for Zoom on Fire TV Cube that include:
Best of all, you can easily access the Zoom App on Fire TV Cube using the Alexa Firestick Remote.
Simply say, “Alexa, join my Zoom meeting” and you will be prompted with an option to enter the meeting ID and passcode.

NOTE: The Zoom App on Fire TV Cube is only available for 2nd generation Fire TV Cube and not the original model released in 2018.
