The once-popular YouTuber “Omi in a Hellcat” is being sued again, but this time for trademark infringement using a pirate IPTV brand.

In a report from TorrentFreak, YouTuber Omi in a Hellcat is currently being prosecuted by the United States government for offenses pertaining to his former pirate IPTV services.
Some may remember in 2019 when Omi in a Hellcat (Bill Omar Carrasquillo) was confiscated by US authorities for running an illegal IPTV operation.
FBI agents and the IRS seized at least $5.2 million from Carrasquillo’s bank accounts along with his flashy cars.
This illegal IPTV operation had several names such as Gears Reloaded, Reboot, and Gears TV Reloaded which all provided thousands of live channels, VOD, PPV, and other content.

The US Government said the following about Carrasquillo’s illegal IPTV services:
“Carrasquillo’s platforms redistributed Comcast, Verizon, Spectrum, DirecTV and Frontier Communications broadcasts, reportedly earning Carrasquillo a cool $34 million.”
In early 2022, Omi in a Hellcat announced he would plead guilty with hopes of receiving a lighter sentence than the 514 years in prison suggested in the government’s indictment.
Fast forward to now and Carrasquillo is facing another legal issue regarding his “reloaded” IPTV branding.
Reloaded IPTV Trademark Issue
After the demise of Carrasquillo’s IPTV empire, he sought to make money in other ways from his large following.
Omi in a Hellcat decided to pursue the merchandise and apparel business where he would sell merch with the “Reloaded” branding related to his former IPTV services.
The website is still online and appears to be functioning. If you visit the official Reloaded Merch website you will find shirts, shoes, hats, pants, and other apparel.
As if things couldn’t get worse, Omi in a Hellcat is now being sued by Nustar Enterprises LLC for trademark infringement of the “Reloaded” branding.
The complaint from Nustar states the following on this trademark infringement issue:

“NuStar’s clothing and apparel products, including its RELOADED® line of merchandise, are available for retail purchase in brick-and-mortar stores, and were also marketed, distributed, and sold through NuStar’s ‘Reloaded’ storefront on Amazon.com.”
“To protect its rights in the RELOADED trademark NuStar obtained and owns U.S. Trademark Registration No. 6,376,399 in International Trademark Class 025 for the mark RELOADED in connection with ‘clothing and apparel, namely, shirts, jackets, pants, hats, belts, scarves, gloves, socks, underwear, swimwear, and wristbands.’ The RELOADED® trademark was registered on June 8, 2021.”
If you view the official US trademark registration database, you will find that Nustar Enterprises LLC does in fact own the rights to the “Reloaded” trademark.
After trying to negotiate with Carrasquillo, Nustar Enterprises eventually pursued legal action for the “Reloaded” trademark infringement.
The company demands all profits generated by Carrasquillo and Reloaded Merch LLC times three.
Nustar Enterprises also demands an injunction to prevent further use of the “Reloaded” trademark where that “would create a likelihood of confusion, mistake or deception.”

That’s BS! The only thing that comes up searching Nustar reloaded is that they are suing him for copyright infringement. They’re a bunch of nobodies. They should pay him advertising fees for getting their name out there!
And a NASA program by the same name. It would be hilarious if NASA sued them! ??
