How to Install Fido Addon on Kodi (VOD & Live TV)

This guide shows how to install Fido Addon on the latest version of Kodi.

Fido is an all-in-one add-on that comes from the Fido Repository. This high-quality add-on provides thousands of options for both on-demand and live content.

While a premium debrid service is not technically required for use, we recommend integrating a service like Premiumize for the best possible streaming experience.

In this tutorial we are using an Amazon Firestick but these instructions will also work for any Kodi device including Android TV/Google TV, PC, Linux, phone, tablet, and more.

Prior to using Fido, you must first install the Kodi application on your Firestick or Android device.

How to Install Fido Kodi Addon

• Launch Kodi
• Click the settings icon  

• Click System

• Hover over Add-ons menu item and turn on Unknown sources if not already on

• Click Yes

• Click back on remote to go back to the System page
• Select File Manager

• Click Add source

• Click <None>

• Type the following URL exactly how it is listed here – https://fantazyrepo.uk/repo and click OK

• Use “repo” or any other name you would like to identify this source as and click OK

• Click the back button on your remote until you are on the System screen. Then click Add-ons

• Click Install from zip file

• Select “repo” or whatever you named the media source in the previous step

• Click the zip file URL – repository.Fido.zip

• Wait for the “Fido repository Add-on installed” message to appear

• Next click Install from repository

• Click Fido repository

• Scroll down and select Video add-ons

• Select Fido

• Click Install

• Wait a minute or two for the add-on to fully install

• Then go back to the Home screen of Kodi and select Add-ons, then choose Fido

• You have successfully installed the Fido add-on

Installation is now complete but we are not done yet. As noted above, users must integrate a debrid service in order to stream content from Fido.

How to Integrate Debrid Services

In this guide, we will show you how to integrate Premiumize, but this will also work for Real-Debrid, AllDebrid, and other debrid services.

1. From the main menu, select Open ResolveURL Settings

2. Hover over Universal Resolvers 2 and under Premiumize choose (Re)Authorise My Account.

3. You are then provided with an authorization code.

4. Visit premiumize.me/device and enter the provided code.

5. Click Allow.

6. You should then see a “Premiumize Resolver Authorized” message. Premiumize is now integrated for use!
