How to Install Sportz Addon on Kodi (Firestick & Android TV)

This guide shows how to install the Sportz Addon on the latest version of Kodi.

‘Sportz’ is an add-on that provides replays, highlights, live games, interviews, documentaries, and other sports content on Kodi.

This add-on can be installed from the Butter Fingers Repository, which contains other popular options like Butter Fingers Movies.

In this tutorial we are using an Amazon Firestick to install the Sportz add-on, but these instructions will also work for any Kodi device including Android TV/Google TV, PC, Linux, phone, tablet, and more.

Prior to using Sportz, you must first install the Kodi application on your Firestick or Android device.

How to Install Sportz Kodi Addon

• Launch Kodi
• Click the settings icon  

• Click System

• Hover over Add-ons menu item and turn on Unknown sources if not already on

• Click Yes

• Click back on remote to go back to the System page
• Select File Manager

• Click Add source

• Click <None>

• Type the following URL exactly how it is listed here – http://j1wizard.net/butter/ and click OK

• Highlight the box under the source that you just typed in and enter a name for this media source, and click OK  again

• Click your back button on the remote and choose Add-ons

• Click Install from zip file

• Choose butter or the other name you assigned the media source

• Click the zip file URL – repository.butter.zip

• You will then see “Butter Fingers Repo Add-on Installed” message

• Click Install from repository

• Then select the Butter Fingers Repo

• Choose Video Add-Ons

• Select Sportz

• Click Install

• Wait for the “Sportz Add-on Installed” message to appear

• Return back to the home screen of Kodi and hover over Add-ons. Then choose Sportz.

• You have successfully installed and setup the Sportz add-on.
