MECOOL has officially suspended shipment of all products in its lineup to the United States after the recent tariff implementation.
This was announced in an email to users/subscribers of these devices – noting that the suspension will occur in 24 hours.
Here is what the email stated exactly:
Dear Valued MECOOL Fans,
We deeply regret to inform you that due to President Trump’s recent 125% tariff policy on goods from China, we will pause all shipping to the USA in 24 hours. This decision is unavoidable, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are incredibly grateful for your unwavering support and love. It’s truly heartbreaking for us to step back, even temporarily, from serving our amazing American customers.
Good News: You can still purchase authentic MECOOL products through our authorized North America distributor, DHE BOSS. They will continue to provide the same high-quality MECOOL devices and support you trust.
We hope to resume direct service to the USA soon and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. Thank you for being part of the MeCool family!

As noted, the suspension of shipments is due to the latest tariff policy on goods from China which is where MECOOL is located.
The email also states that anyone interested in purchasing can do so via their authorized North America distributor DHE Boss.
We visited the DHE Boss website and attempted to purchase a box but did not have any luck as links point back directly to the official MECOOL website.
There is an option to become a reseller which you can do by contacting DHE Boss directly.
If you are in the market for a new streaming box, we suggest an alternative Android/Google TV Device such as the Google TV Streamer or onn 4K Pro.
