The blocking order dates back months, but CUII only published confirmation in October after journalists inquired. This three-month delay left German users wondering why they suddenly lost access.

Anna’s Archive and RPG Only received blocking orders from the Cologne Regional Court under the updated system. These blocks require judicial review before implementation across participating ISPs.
