This guide provides instructions for installing and enabling the Magneto Module Kodi Addon.
Magneto Module is an external scraper addon that “scrapes” online sources to find streaming links for viewing Movies and TV Series.
This is similar to the CocoScrapers module which is currently the most popular scraper addon available.
However, Magneto has quickly gained popularity among cord-cutters, including Patrons on the TROYPOINT Insider where we first learned about it.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to install Magneto Module as well as integrate it within Popular Kodi Addons with a step-by-step guide.
This will work on any device you prefer, including various media boxes such as Android/Google TV and Firestick.
How to Install Magneto Module Kodi Addon
In this guide we are using an Onn 4K Pro but those using Firestick or other Android-based devices can follow along as well as PC, mobile phone/tablet, etc.
1. Open the Kodi app and select Settings (upper left-hand corner).

2. Choose System.
3. Hover over Add-ons on the left-hand menu and enable Unknown sources.
4. When prompted, choose Yes and make sure you are connected to your VPN.
5. Return to the System Page and open File Manager.
6. Click Add source.

7. Choose <None>.
8. Enter repo URL – https://kodifitzwell.github.io/repo/ and click OK.
9. Input a media source name such as repo and click OK again.
10. Within the Settings Page, open Add-ons.
11. Choose Install from zip file.
12. Click repo or other name of media source.
13. Choose the zip file repository.kodifitzwell.zip.
14. Wait until you see the Kodifitzwell repository add-on installed message.
15. Select Install from repository.
16. Click kodifitzwell repository.
17. Choose Program add-ons.
18. Choose Magneto Module.
19. Select Install.
20. You will then encounter the Magneto Module add-on installed message.
You can now integrate Magneto Module within your preferred addon. Follow the steps below for instructions.
How to Enable Magneto Module in Kodi Addons
In this guide, we will enable Magneto Module within the The Gears Kodi Addon but this will also work for other addons with external provider capabilities.
- Launch your addon choice and select Tools.
- Choose Settings.
- Click to enable External Scrapers.
- Click Choose External Scrapers module.
- Click Magneto Module.
- A success message will appear. Click OK.
You can now browse Movies and Shows to stream with the Magneto Module enabled. Enjoy!
Final Notes & Thoughts
With most high-level add-ons requiring some type of external provider and Debrid Service, it is nice to have options for various modules.
Most have relied on Cocoscrapers in the past but after testing, we have found that Magneto Module works fabulously to provide premium streaming links in high definition.
