There are no new features in the Kodi 18.4 release, only bug fixes.
Should you update? Most people won’t notice any improvement as these are small fixes. If you see something that has been causing problems for you in the list below, yes you should update.

I updated Kodi 18.3 with no problems. However none of my Addons are working correctly. They appear to work well but the ultimate result is only one or two sources only appear when selecting a popular video.
I did not want to take the time to reload Kodi 18.2 so I decided to use Cyberflix until the Addons update to this new version. I must say I was impressed with Cyberflix and the many Debrid sources that it produces.
I hope and think that that the Addons will be updated in the near future. I suggest you check that your Addons are compatible before updating to Kodi 18.3.
