New IPVanish VPN App with New Interface Coming – How To Install Today

New IPVanish VPN App

A new IPVanish VPN app is rolling out to Firesticks, Fire TVs, and Android TV Boxes.

The main purpose of this new application is to provide a new user interface but there are some bugs that have been fixed as well.

You will notice some nice server bookmarking options along with a new easy-to-use interface.

If you want it now, I will show you in the video below how to install it with the free TROYPOINT App with Rapid App Installer.

I’m using a new Fire TV Stick 4K Max but the same applies to all Fire TV devices, and Android TV Boxes.

  1. Why do I some times come out of cinema and find my IPVanish fully shut off? The program is up but with no connection. Also I don’t care for the new interface if anyone is keeping track.

  2. Having a lot of trouble with my kodi build not loading. Have to uninstall then reinstall and go through the entire set up all over again. HEEEEELLLLPPPP

  3. Once it is launched, will you have to sign up again with IPVanish as I already have an account, but would hate to lose the offer I have at the moment.

  4. I’m not able to download the RapidApp installer on my Shield. Downloader is telling me the URL is no longer recognized. Has it been changed, or is down today for some reason?

  5. I was one of the lucky ones who was able to stop updates from Amazon so I still have Wolf Launcher. I sure do hope that IP Vanish 4 when it becomes the out after Beta will have a widget like 3 does now.

  6. My IPVanish automatically updated. It was pretty easy to figure out how it works. BUT … that’s BUT … my DL speeds have now drastically been reduced! I’ve tried over a dozen locations. All horrible! With the old version I would consistently get DL speeds between 40-50, and quite often 55-65mps. Now it struggles to get 30-35, and I mostly get 28-32. I know this is still good enough for Movies and TV, but my IPTV (Stellar) now constantly Buffers. I’ve tried everything I can think of, to no avail! It also seems the amount of Servers in the Cities I used have been reduced. I’m not one to contain my patience! Funny this post arrived today, as I am about to try another VPN. Thanks.

  7. Where is the kill switch in the new app ?
When I switched on my Android Tv the new app had installed.
When I had finished watching a program I found that the new app had disconnected but my internet was still working on my Isp server.

Hi Tony, are you using this beta app I assume? Likely minor bugs the IPVanish devs are still working out until the official app is released

      1. Downloaded from the Play store.
On my mobile there is a link to a kill switch in the app which seems to go nowhere.
On my Android tv box it works fine.
On my Android Tv there is no kill switch visible at all.]

I’ve been onto IpVanish but we seem to be getting nowhere as they seem to be unsure on how their app is supposed to work on the different platforms.
I’m looking at alternatives but it slow going.

  8. Why is the ipvanish app no longer in my apps in my library anymore in my firestick. I have to go to settings or search for it to launch it now

      Hi Rich,

This new app is still in beta mode, so it’s uncertain when the official IPVanish app update will roll out.

  9. Is there a change log with bug fixes for the new version of IPVanish?
The only problem I have with my current version is that at some point I stopped being able to connect using the WireGuard protocol. That would be the only reason for me to upgrade prior the official release.
    – Thanks
