I got the M3u URL it worked, but then I have no program information cause the EPG has zero channels have no movies or VOD content. Tv channels are awesome no buffering at all. Just need program info to know what I’m watching!!!!

I couldn’t agree with you more about shacktv.org being a scam. My rule awesome is never buy a service that you haven’t tested as I trial first. I made an exception and got burnt. The credentials sent me did not work on tiviMate nor IPTV smarters with or without a VPN. Not only that they wanted you to download their own app which cost money per month. So the price of using their service is about double if you can get it to work at all. I immediately asked for my money back without ever viewing their service. They said a refund would be coming within 48 hours…it’s been two weeks haven’t received a refund yet and no credentials that work. A total scam. This is the kind of information that’s important to somebody trying to make a decision about IPTV services.
So Shack TV doesn’t work with TiviMate. I filed a support ticket and this is what they told me:
Please test with another device such as smartphone and our app to see if still problem.
We normally recommend our clients not to use other applications due to compatibility issues and application support.
